If you opt in to transactional SMS messages, you may receive text messages related to:

• Estimate request confirmations and follow-ups
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders

• Invoice and payment reminders

B. Marketing and Promotional SMS Messages

If you separately opt in to marketing SMS messages, you may receive text messages related to:

Marketing SMS messages require a separate opt-in consent from transactional messages. You may opt in to one, both, or neither.

Our SMS program is designed to work with major U.S. mobile carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliated carriers. However, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and message delivery may vary by carrier and are subject to each carrier's terms and conditions.

10. Estimate Tool Disclaimer

The online HVAC estimate tool on our website provides approximate pricing based on general information you supply about your home and project. Estimates generated by this tool are not binding quotes, proposals, or contracts. Actual project pricing requires an in-home evaluation by a Tru Air Systems LLC technician. In-home estimates are free of charge and carry no obligation.

All content on the Tru Air Systems LLC website, including text, images, logos, estimate tools, and design elements, is the property of Tru Air Systems LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Tru Air Systems LLC provides its website, estimate tools, and SMS program on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any errors in estimates, service delays, or issues arising from SMS delivery failures caused by carrier outages, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim related to our SMS program shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Tru Air Systems LLC for services in the preceding twelve (12) months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website, services, or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
