  • Information about your home and HVAC project (home size, age, current system, service needed, timeline)
  • SMS consent preferences and consent proof records

2. How We Use Your Phone Number

If you provide your phone number, we may use it to:

  • Contact you by phone regarding your estimate request
  • Send transactional text messages related to appointment scheduling, project updates, estimate follow-ups, and customer support — only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box
  • Send marketing or promotional text messages — only if you separately opt in by checking the marketing SMS consent box

If you do not check either SMS consent box, we will not send you text messages. Your phone number will only be used to call you regarding your estimate request.

3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data for Marketing

Your personal information, including your phone number and SMS consent, is never sold, rented, leased, or disclosed to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information only with service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as our CRM platform), and they are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Tru Air NM.

4. How to Opt Out of SMS

You can opt out of text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message from us

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Tru Air NM offers an optional SMS messaging program for customers who request HVAC estimates through our website. If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to:

  • Transactional messages: Estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, service notifications, and customer support
  • Marketing messages (separate opt-in): Seasonal promotions, special offers, maintenance reminders, and company updates

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your service request and interactions with our team. Transactional messages are typically limited to your active project. Marketing messages, if opted in, are sent no more than 4 times per month.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Tru Air NM is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
